What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to capture capability needs and design quality business solutions.
• Create and maintain key deliverables including business visions, requirements, and user interface designs.
• Participate in the full SDLC within Agile scrum teams, acting as a Scrum Master, Technical Analyst, or Tester as needed.
• Support requirements testing, defect management, and conduct analysis of results regarding customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and secure all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews while reporting project status to management and partners.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen to meet Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in IS/IT.
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• 1–3 years of experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP.
