Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle)

Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle): Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of critical financial systems like Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP Concur with an accent on system integration and automation of manual workflows. Focus on reducing time-to-close and serving as a technical partner for the Finance division to support strategic decision-making.

Location: Hybrid (on-site at least one day per week). Must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, or Washington DC.

Salary: $78,400 – $100,000 annually depending on location.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Oracle Financials, Kofax Markview, and Concur for the accounting department.
• Monitor, maintain, and aid in the upgrade and implementation of financial systems and their interfaces.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and initiate resolution activities.
• Write computer programs, macros, and scripts to enhance and integrate financial technologies.
• Participate in vendor meetings to assess new technologies and system upgrades.
• Lead system upgrades and automate manual workflows to reduce time-to-close.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in the configuration or management of Oracle Financials E-Business Suite.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including XLOOKUP, INDEX(MATCH), and IFS.
• Experience with SAP Concur, Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states mentioned in the location section.
• Not eligible for Sponsorship/Visa.

Nice to have

• Experience editing VBA.
• Experience in network infrastructure and integrating disparate systems.
• Experience configuring Concur and writing IBM Cognos Business Intelligence reports.
