TL;DR

Customer Account Lead (SaaS): Building and leading the US customer function for an AI-native procurement platform with an accent on NRR growth, enterprise relationship management, and commercial strategy. Focus on designing the customer playbook, driving expansion and retention, and influencing product strategy through deep stakeholder engagement.

Location: Must be based in New York and able to work in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Own an NRR quota for a book of enterprise accounts, managing end-to-end renewals and expansion.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with stakeholders ranging from procurement managers to CFOs.
  • Design and implement the commercial playbook for the US customer function from scratch.
  • Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to drive commercial outcomes and ROI for customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Revenue leadership to shape the product roadmap.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to drive adoption and resolve high-stakes issues.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a top-tier, fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting, or banking.
  • Proven track record in commercial roles managing six-figure ARR accounts and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on output and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in-office in New York 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
