Salary: $385K – $405K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and lead the cybersecurity GTM organization, including specialist sales motions and executive engagement strategies.
• Lead and develop senior leaders and frontline managers to raise the bar on execution and operational rigor.
• Define the cybersecurity GTM strategy, including segmentation, account prioritization, and partner strategy.
• Establish credibility and trust with CISOs and technical decision-makers in complex enterprise environments.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Research teams to influence roadmap priorities and customer-facing strategy.
• Develop repeatable motions for supporting customers in securing AI adoption and managing model risk.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience leading enterprise sales or GTM organizations.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity with a track record of selling to security organizations and executive buyers.
• Proven success building and scaling complex enterprise cybersecurity businesses in cloud or AI environments.
• Experience managing through multiple layers of leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, cloud, infrastructure, or highly technical enterprise software.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and model risk management.
• Prior experience as a CISO, security practitioner, or technical cybersecurity leader.
