Location: Hybrid in New York

What you will do

  • Manage and scale a team of 6-8 individual contributors through hiring, mentoring, and process development.
  • Drive revenue growth by improving win rates and expansion through exceptional demos and POCs.
  • Deliver consistent technical wins by creating demonstrations and POCs tied to real ROI cases.
  • Influence product strategy by partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Own and maintain internal technical knowledge systems, including demo libraries and AI prompt libraries.

Requirements

  • 6+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer or a similar hybrid technical customer-acquisition role.
  • 2+ years of experience managing technical teams of solutions engineers.
  • Strong technical foundation in SaaS integrations, SQL, and platform architecture.
  • GTM fluency with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing.
  • Proven ability to build scalable teams using systems, processes, and playbooks.
  • Must be based in New York (Hybrid)
