What you will do
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales technical strategy, including discovery, demos, POC execution, and technical close.
- Define and standardize demo excellence and POC success criteria to improve conversion rates.
- Lead high-level technical conversations with CIOs and CISOs regarding AI architecture, data residency, and security.
- Build and maintain the Solutions Engineering playbook, ramp plans, and certification programs.
- Hire, develop, and coach the Solutions Engineering team while defining the deal coverage model.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and competitive insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at an enterprise SaaS or Vertical AI company.
- Experience selling to or working within CPA firms, audit, or advisory practices.
- Strong technical depth in modern AI architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, and data integration.
- Proven track record of building Solutions Engineering teams, playbooks, and ramp programs from the ground up.
- Operating rigor regarding demo standards, POC execution, and technical forecast accuracy.
- Ability to influence product roadmaps while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
