TL;DR
SDR Manager (SaaS): Leading a high-impact team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth with an accent on forecasting strategy, coaching, and cross-functional alignment with marketing and sales. Focus on scaling outbound performance, developing future Account Executives, and optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Location: Remote (USA) — Must be based in the United States
Salary: $122,500 base + $52,500 OTC

What you will do
- Lead and manage a high-performing SDR team, ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
- Develop and execute forecasting strategies to provide accurate attainment reports to leadership.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback through recurring 1:1s and Gong analysis.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Partner with Account Executives to optimize the qualification process and pipeline growth.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) to identify areas for improvement and implement execution plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales or sales development teams within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proficiency with SFDC and sales tools including Outreach, Gong.io, and LeanData.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs and driving consistent pipeline generation.
- Experience building enablement and onboarding plans in a high-growth environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, Force Management, BANT, or MEDICC.
- Background in the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care industry.
