TL;DR

Director, Strategic Broker Partnerships (HR Tech): Designing and scaling the broker partnerships ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue with an accent on HCM expertise and strategic channel growth. Focus on building executive-level relationships with broker firms and leading a high-performing team to create a repeatable revenue engine.

Location: Remote, strictly limited to the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia

What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term GTM strategy and vision for the broker partnerships ecosystem.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic broker firms while developing trusted executive relationships.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team responsible for partner acquisition and enablement.
  • Own and optimize channel-sourced pipeline, revenue forecasting, and overall channel health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align solutions with broker needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect GTM leadership.
  • Deep background with benefits brokers, consultants, or broker-led sales models is REQUIRED.
  • Expertise in HCM, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling indirect sales channels and owning revenue targets.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states.
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check.
