TL;DR

Channel Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and the Revenue Recovery Partnerships Program with an accent on deal negotiation, partner development, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building scalable partner strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and aligning internal teams to achieve collective sales objectives.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON, or Remote in Canada or the United States

Compensation: $150,000 CAD (Canada) or $100,000 USD (US) on-target earnings

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue potential through strategic partnerships.
  • Provide deal support and negotiation expertise for new and existing partners.
  • Identify and prospect potential partners, evaluating their suitability for strategic collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure synergy and drive collective success.
  • Create and present annual business plans to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in acquiring and managing strategic partnerships, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across reporting lines.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Exemplary communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and leading discussions to outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured scale-up environments.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.
