What you will do

• Monitor station-level metrics and forecast risks to ensure Business Plan performance.
• Partner with airport leadership to implement data-backed action plans to close performance gaps.
• Validate operational readiness for station openings and re-openings across staffing, process, and compliance.
• Coordinate Business Partner transitions and ensure clear documentation across stations.
• Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure adherence to standards and reporting accuracy.
• Define and reinforce standard work to ensure a consistent guest experience across all locations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, operations performance, or program management.
• Proven experience supporting Airline or Airport operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience performing audits and driving corrective actions across multiple sites.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience building KPIs and performance dashboards for distributed operations.
• Familiarity with station opening playbooks and readiness gates.
