Salary: $133,200 – $220,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead global GTM orchestration for hirify.global Quick, driving adoption through both consumer and enterprise field plays on a 1–3+ year horizon.
• Create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategies using expertise in AI productivity and enterprise SaaS.
• Support high-priority customers with solution building, focusing on connector architecture and OIDC/identity integration.
• Synthesize market signals and customer feature requests to drive innovation on the hirify.global Quick product roadmap.
• Own reporting and planning cadences for AWS executives, tracking pipeline metrics and adoption KPIs.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the specified US cities
• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Data & AI technologies (GenAI, AI/ML, Analytics, Database).
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at an organizational level.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in large, complex deal negotiations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
