TL;DR

Sr. Product Manager (AI): Driving the go-to-market strategy for data center management solutions with an accent on strategic growth and enterprise account acquisition. Focus on translating market intelligence into actionable product roadmaps and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Location: Remote (U.S.) or onsite in Houston, Austin, Raleigh, New York, San Francisco, Huntsville, Columbus, or Seattle. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the data center management business with specific revenue targets and milestones.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across enterprise IT and OT environments, positioning the full management portfolio.
  • Partner with direct sales and Global Strategic Accounts to drive pipeline and close key enterprise deals.
  • Enable sales teams with competitive positioning, technical differentiation, and solution selling strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide engineering and product management with actionable feedback on product-market fit and roadmap priorities.
  • Track pipeline health and competitive win/loss insights using CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management within IT infrastructure or data centers.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Ability to translate market analysis into actionable go-to-market plans.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-80%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data center management technologies such as KVM, serial consoles, DCIM, or out-of-band management software.
  • MBA or an advanced degree.
  • Experience in competitive displacement selling and familiarity with channel/distribution sales models.
  • Background in both IT and OT environments.
