What you will do

  • Map current-state GTM workflows to identify blockers and high-value AI use cases across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Act as the functional product owner for GTM AI products, managing the backlog and prioritizing use cases based on business value.
  • Build and deploy functional prototypes, copilots, and no-code/low-code AI workflows to solve immediate GTM problems.
  • Curate and structure source-of-truth inputs to ensure AI accuracy, reduce hallucination risk, and preserve human review.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and the Enterprise AI Hub to integrate systems like Salesforce and Google Drive into AI workflows.
  • Govern the GTM AI tool portfolio to prevent solution sprawl and establish standards for quality control and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS GTM, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Product Strategy.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping practical tools, workflows, or operating improvements (builder mindset).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of AI assistants, agents, prompts, grounding, and context windows.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous stakeholder needs and translate them into high-value technical workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with hirify.global, Salesforce, or similar customer success and GTM platforms.
  • Experience using low-code tools, simple scripting, or HTML prototypes for PoCs.
  • Knowledge of change management and rollout planning in partnership with enablement leaders.
  • Experience with knowledge management, account planning, or seller-productivity workflows.
