Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead top-of-funnel GTM initiatives across Lead-to-Opportunity (LtO), enrichment orchestration, and prospecting workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and RevOps to identify operational pain points and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Security, Legal, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams.
• Operationalize AI-native GTM workflows, including agentic processes and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Drive execution cadence, prioritization, and delivery visibility for GTM systems.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity (LtO) workflows and GTM data enrichment ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms, and Sales Engagement tooling.
• Technical fluency in APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience operating within SOX/SOC2-controlled environments and following SDLC/QA governance.
• Must be based in San Francisco, USA.

• Ability to independently perform technical system design and integration analysis.
• Experience in high-growth, AI-native, or highly ambiguous operating environments.
