Salary: $29.75 - $47.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead requirements management and work packages for low to moderate risk regulatory projects and initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements using structured techniques and requirements management disciplines.
• Identify and validate current state processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design desired future state workflows.
• Collaborate with technology partners to support the development of system requirements, design, and testing plans.
• Manage communication and project deliverables, ensuring alignment between project sponsors, business owners, and portfolio managers.
• Support Quality Assurance activities by developing test scripts and validating developed solutions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years of related experience in business analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Sound knowledge of project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle.
• Ability to adapt communication style to effectively lead a diverse range of stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Coding experience.
• Knowledge of the credit card business.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience translating complicated quantitative concepts to a non-technical audience.
