Location: Remote or Hybrid (Must be based in the US). Specific office locations include Wilmington, Jacksonville, New York, Greenville, and Mount Laurel.
Salary: $29.75 - $47.75 per hour

What you will do
- Lead requirements management and work packages for low to moderate risk regulatory projects and initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements using structured techniques and requirements management disciplines.
- Identify and validate current state processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design desired future state workflows.
- Collaborate with technology partners to support the development of system requirements, design, and testing plans.
- Manage communication and project deliverables, ensuring alignment between project sponsors, business owners, and portfolio managers.
- Support Quality Assurance activities by developing test scripts and validating developed solutions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- 3+ years of related experience in business analysis.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Sound knowledge of project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle.
- Ability to adapt communication style to effectively lead a diverse range of stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Coding experience.
- Knowledge of the credit card business.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience translating complicated quantitative concepts to a non-technical audience.
