Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Advocate for the GRC technology platform as the primary system of record for risk and governance activities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, understand, and manage organizational risks.
• Develop features and user stories while leading UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog and participate in Agile rituals as the voice of the business.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, user experience design, and technical architecture enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and flow are clearly defined.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Finance (or 7+ years of equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in software development life-cycle management (Design, QA, UAT, Project Management).
• 4+ years of experience with operational risk management techniques and process flow development.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP).
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with eGRC platforms such as Archer, SAI360, MetricStream, or Audit Board.
• Background in the Risk, Banking, or Credit Card industry.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience working in a global offshore/onshore team environment.
