What you will do

• Convert legacy core processing software to the Symitar Core System for credit union clients.
• Perform database mapping and ensure converted data accuracy.
• Conduct on-site operational and systems analysis to identify problem areas and enhancement opportunities.
• Design software specifications and solution deployment strategies based on findings.
• Develop project plans to monitor progress and ensure all milestones are met.
• Train customers on system functionality and verify core system accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business/systems analysis or financial/banking software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the Symitar Core System.
• Must be based in the US (excluding California).
• No immigration sponsorship available; must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually (up to 50% in some months).
• Superior communication and professional writing skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Symitar Lending, Deposit, or Payments.
