Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the intake, routing, and tracking of partner contracts through internal workflows.
• Prepare, format, and edit partner contracts, amendments, and standard templates.
• Coordinate with legal team members and business partners to obtain approvals and documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake through execution.
• Maintain accurate electronic contract records and track renewal dates and milestones.
• Assist with corporate governance, compliance filings, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a legal or contract role
• Paralegal certificate from a California ABA-approved program
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal terminology and standard contractual provisions.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Diego, CA

• Experience with employment agreements, corporate transactions, or healthcare contracts.
• Experience using contract management systems or workflow tools.
