Paralegal, Commercial Contracts (iGaming)

What you will do

• Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements, including NDAs, promotion terms, and contest rules.
• Support the insurance function by preparing coverage applications and related schedules.
• Facilitate and oversee the end-to-end agreement execution process.
• Design and implement knowledge management systems to ensure legal standards are accessible to stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate database of approved templates, clauses, and intake questionnaires with version control.
• Organize and store executed commercial agreements for efficient retrieval.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of transactional paralegal experience.
• Strong business and solutions-oriented judgment to resolve issues practically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Prior in-house experience at a public company.
• Experience with DocuSign, LinkSquares, or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
