What you will do

• Develop executive communications and data visualizations to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials and educational content to support key initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to support organizational initiatives through reporting and project coordination.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and scalability.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings into concise recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
• CCEP or CHC certification required (or must be obtained within one year of hire).
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve workflows.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
