Salary: $145,000 - $196,000 USD

What you will do
- Administrate LinkSquares CLM, including workflow configuration, template management, and metadata governance.
- Own the legal technology roadmap and coordinate integrations with IT and external vendors.
- Configure and optimize AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork) to automate routine legal tasks like contract review and intake triage.
- Design scalable intake workflows, playbooks, and knowledge management systems.
- Develop operational dashboards to track team performance, cycle times, and CLM metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Sales Operations to align legal processes with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in legal operations at a technology, data, or life sciences company.
- Hands-on experience administering LinkSquares CLM or a similar tool (firm requirement).
- Proven experience configuring AI productivity platforms for legal teams.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical acumen and systems-thinking skills.
- Must be located in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in data or analytics companies where legal operations intersect with complex commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with matter management or contract analytics platforms.
- Experience building or contributing to a knowledge management function within a legal team.
