What you will do

• Administrate LinkSquares CLM, including workflow configuration, template management, and metadata governance.
• Own the legal technology roadmap and coordinate integrations with IT and external vendors.
• Configure and optimize AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork) to automate routine legal tasks like contract review and intake triage.
• Design scalable intake workflows, playbooks, and knowledge management systems.
• Develop operational dashboards to track team performance, cycle times, and CLM metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Sales Operations to align legal processes with enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal operations at a technology, data, or life sciences company.
• Hands-on experience administering LinkSquares CLM or a similar tool (firm requirement).
• Proven experience configuring AI productivity platforms for legal teams.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical acumen and systems-thinking skills.
• Must be located in the United States.
