Manager – Legal Contracts & Compliance (US Operations): Supporting the IT Consulting and Managed Services business by reviewing, negotiating, and managing client, vendor, employment, and partner agreements with an accent on legal compliance and contractual risk mitigation. Focus on providing legal review and risk assessment for client engagements, procurement terms, operational processes, and commercial proposals.

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and client service contracts.
• Provide legal review and risk assessment for client engagements, procurement terms, operational processes, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable US laws, contractual obligations, confidentiality, and data privacy requirements.
• Support Sales, Delivery, HR, and Leadership teams in contract negotiations and business operations.
• Maintain contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and legal records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent).
• 4–8 years of experience in contract management, commercial legal operations, or corporate legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of US contract law and commercial agreements.
