What you will do

• Lead and manage the risk and compliance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop policies for accurate clinical documentation, coding, and billing practices for maternal services.
• Monitor regulatory changes related to EHRs, telehealth, and maternal care for timely organizational integration.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, HIPAA, OIG, and CMS regulations.
• Lead the development of managed care partnerships to enhance care coordination and maternal health outcomes.

Requirements

• Agreement with and adherence to hirify.global’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Public Health.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in healthcare risk management and quality improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of telehealth regulatory requirements, billing practices, and payer requirements.
• Proven experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification.
• Experience with value-based care models and quality metrics.
