Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and manage the risk and compliance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop policies for accurate clinical documentation, coding, and billing practices for maternal services.
- Monitor regulatory changes related to EHRs, telehealth, and maternal care for timely organizational integration.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, HIPAA, OIG, and CMS regulations.
- Lead the development of managed care partnerships to enhance care coordination and maternal health outcomes.
Requirements
- Agreement with and adherence to ’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Public Health.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in healthcare risk management and quality improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of telehealth regulatory requirements, billing practices, and payer requirements.
- Proven experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification.
- Experience with value-based care models and quality metrics.
