What you will do

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between agency team members and partners for assigned accounts.
• Develop timelines and manage project budgets, proactively flagging concerns to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enforce agency processes and provide meaningful performance feedback to team members.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor junior project management staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven expertise in timeline development and budget management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
