• Manage full project lifecycles from commissioning to invoicing.

• Coordinate with internal teams like Survey Programming and Sales to ensure task completion.
• Proactively troubleshoot and escalate project challenges to maintain timelines.
• Track and manage complex project budgets and multi-methodology research.
• Mentor junior staff and support team leadership when required.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• Proven competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
• Ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects across multiple methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for consultative client interaction.
