What you will do

  • Identify and engage Life Sciences prospects to position hirify.global's planning solutions and solve broken business processes.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations for C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs, CROs, and senior supply chain leaders.
  • Own the entire opportunity management process from start to finish across multiple customer targets.
  • Apply value-based selling methodologies to manage sales processes and provide accurate business forecasting.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies, preferably in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into Life Sciences accounts.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and closing high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals.
  • Strong domain understanding of Supply Chain, FP&A, and Workforce Planning.
  • Proven success engaging with VP and SVP level buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, People.ai, and Demandbase.
  • Proficiency in account planning frameworks such as Altify, MEDPICC, or Miller Heiman.
