Location: Field-based in Philadelphia, Boston, Dover, Charlotte, Washington D.C., New York City, Hartford, or Richmond
Total Compensation: $210,000–$225,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute account plans for Academic, Government, and Biopharma institutions.
- Build strategic relationships with top A&E firms to influence specifications and design decisions at pre-design phases.
- Act as the commercial lead for strategic opportunities from identification through closing.
- Originate new business and build a multi-year pipeline aligned with capital investment cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, service, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
- Convert market insights and capital planning cycles into strategic account growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in strategic sales, capital equipment, or account management in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience selling complex capital equipment (sterilizer/autoclave experience preferred).
- Must be able to travel extensively (approx. 50%) throughout the US.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (GForce).
