Salary: $100,000 - $123,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with global business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable CRM solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows and automations within Salesforce and related systems.
• Optimize CRM processes including lead routing, approvals, data management, and operational workflows.
• Evaluate and implement practical GenAI use cases to improve team productivity.
• Manage system enhancements through discovery, testing, rollout, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Information Systems, RevOps, and Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Experience designing and implementing scalable workflows and automations within CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
• Must be based in New York City, NY

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications or expertise with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or light scripting (Python, JavaScript).
