Salary: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to design technology solutions for order management processes.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate problem solving, prototype ideas, and improve analysis.
• Lead solution design, testing, and implementation in collaboration with architects and developers.
• Perform business analysis including process mapping, requirement definition, and gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and explain trade-offs in business terms.
• Utilize Power BI to integrate data from multiple sources and generate actionable business narratives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of major production application systems such as ERPs and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling using conceptual, logical, and physical approaches.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to determine root causes of organizational problems.
• Knowledge of application delivery methodologies and information security technologies.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to East Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
