What you will do

• Own deployment of marketing campaign automations through data architecture lens.
• Build efficient integrations between systems using ETL tools and APIs.
• Manage marketing automation server and assist junior analysts in launching campaigns.
• Develop scalable, personalized campaigns across email, mobile, onsite, and digital channels.
• Partner with marketing and data teams to create new data points for campaigns.
• Audit data accuracy and create documentation for workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operational role with multi-channel marketing campaigns via CDP or ETL/API automation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation required.
• Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools (AWS, KNIME) and REST APIs/JSON required.
• Comfortable with AWS server environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, understanding of marketing concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Mentoring and coaching junior analysts.
