TL;DR

Principal GTM Recruiter (Marketing): Leading high-impact recruiting across marketing, growth, brand, and partnerships with an accent on executive-level partnership and scalable recruiting systems. Location: New York City. Relocation assistance available where applicable.

Salary: $227,000 – $267,250 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and marketing functions, including brand, growth, partnerships, and communications.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring plans into actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Manage high-priority searches and build pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring workflows to support rapid scale.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and professional judgment.
  • Help shape the long-term recruiting infrastructure required to support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading full-cycle recruiting for GTM, marketing, or commercial organizations.
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple marketing disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving and high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing or leading recruiting teams, projects, or functions.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to New York City.
