What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design for Docrio and Matters & Intakes, from initial problem framing through high-fidelity design and release QA.
• Conduct customer research, including interviews, usability sessions, and concept testing with legal professionals.
• Design complex, data-dense workflows for regulated industries, focusing on compliance, audit trails, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to scope work, refine requirements, and resolve ambiguity.
• Extend and contribute to the company's design system, ensuring designs are feasible and performant.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to identify and solve user pain points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and information architecture for multi-step, data-dense workflows.
• Fluency in Figma and a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience designing on or alongside Salesforce or other large enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication skills to present design decisions to executives, engineers, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, document management, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience extending design systems with custom components.
