What you will do

• Design inclusive, responsive experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, creativity, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal teams to simplify complex functional workflows.
• Implement gamification, emotion, and motion design to turn utility into memorable user moments.
• Champion accessibility and raise the bar for visual quality and usability.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a high-performance, high-curiosity design culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and visual design depth.
• Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and rapid prototyping.
• Deep understanding of design tokens, patterns, and reusable foundations.
• Experience designing for multiple touchpoints, including web, mobile, and voice interfaces.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate the transition from concept to prototype.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, legal tech, or other highly regulated platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, AR, or VR design principles.
• Proven track record of scaling design systems across large teams.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers to deliver highly polished UI.
