TL;DR

Product Designer (AI/Frontend): Designing beautiful, usable, and scalable interfaces for a publishing platform with an accent on the integration of LLMs into the design and development workflow. Focus on building complex web dashboards, iOS/Android surfaces, and leveraging AI for rapid prototyping and production.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, but fully remote candidates are encouraged to apply

Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 / year

What you will do

• Design scalable interfaces and flows for various product zones, including CRM, analytics, and moderation systems.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and plan their implementation through rigorous path-conception and go-to-market planning.
• Integrate LLMs into the workflow to accelerate prototyping, pixel-fitting, and production.
• Collaborate with executives and other functions to shape the product system and balance needs of different user groups.
• Help diversify creator support through novel media types and alternative reader experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design culture and processes at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing software, preferably with social or content networks.
• High degree of competence with Figma.
• Strong capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must include a portfolio linking to relevant design solutions.

Nice to have

• Front-end coding skills (TypeScript, React) and experience deploying sites.
• SwiftUI capabilities for iOS development.
• Experience using LLMs to enhance design workflows (variation, prototyping).
