What you will do

• Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences, including flows and interaction logic using Figma and AI-assisted tools.
• Translate product requirements into functional, testable prototypes for validation and engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to iterate designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing sessions to synthesize findings and improve product decisions.
• Maintain prototype code repositories with reusable components and reproducible demo environments.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in alignment with shadcn-based design systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX or Product Design roles within fast-paced digital product environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools such as Cursor.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of frontend structure, component-based design, and interaction behavior.
• Advanced English proficiency and residency in Brazil for collaboration in international teams.
