What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary product design organization.
• Define and drive a unified channel experience strategy across complex digital journeys.
• Partner with research and content teams to translate customer insights into scalable design visions.

• Oversee design system governance and ensure compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG/ADA.
• Utilize analytics and experimentation to optimize user outcomes and business performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
• 5+ years of experience managing design teams, including leadership of other managers.
• Proven success designing end-to-end user journeys in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and translate it into measurable business impact.
