Salary: $169,000 - $199,000 USD (San Francisco range)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for Truework product areas, from discovery to launch.
• Simplify complex verification and document collection workflows into user-friendly experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to prototype and implement UI changes for faster iteration.
• Design for trust, accessibility, and error prevention within a sensitive financial domain.
• Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality work.
• Must be able to work from a hirify.global hub (SF, Denver, or Nashville) 3+ days per week.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, problem framing, and measurable impact.
• Experience distilling complex domains into simple, usable user flows.
• Ability to independently plan and execute lightweight research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment and storytelling across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or compliance-heavy regulated spaces.
• Background in designing B2B or B2B2C products for operations teams.
• Familiarity with design systems, documentation, and scalable component thinking.
• Experience designing for secure data, consent, and privacy-forward user experiences.
