What you will do

• Translate complex customer challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical conversations with stakeholders ranging from practitioners to senior decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Provide guidance throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure successful customer implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and services teams to align value delivery.
• Contribute to industry events and share customer insights to shape product innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, consulting, or customer success) within software/tech.
• Knowledge of optimization, algorithms, or analytical problem-solving approaches.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development tools and APIs.
• Quantitative background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in logistics, manufacturing, life sciences, or finance.
• Travel: Approximately 30–50% required for customer engagements and events.
