What you will do

• Design and lead the delivery of AI solutions, including RAG pipeline architecture and agentic workflow design.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of agentic RAG architectures, primarily using Azure AI Foundry.
• Define project planning and establish detailed statements of work and tasks for AI implementations.
• Manage AI delivery project governance, budget monitoring, and client communication.
• Mentor teams of developers and consultants to ensure alignment with industry best practices and responsible AI principles.
• Develop internal AI accelerators, frameworks, and propositions for the asset and wealth management context.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or AI/ML engineering, preferably within financial services.
• Hands-on expertise building RAG application architectures, including retrieval pipelines, chunking, and vector store integration.
• Experience with Agentic RAG frameworks and multi-agent orchestration (Azure AI Foundry strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
• Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products.
• Must be based in North America and comfortable leading executive-level workshops and technical sessions.
