Salary: $164,000 – $245,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects to translate complex business challenges into impactful AI solutions.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions leveraging hirify.global's platform and APIs.
• Lead the development and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and custom demonstrations to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives and AI leaders, guiding their generative AI strategy and architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Educate prospects and partners on generative AI capabilities and empower them to build innovative solutions using APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering) within B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with API orchestration and integration into complex enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and architect solutions for complex business challenges.
• Must be based in Chicago or New York.
