Salary: $250,000 - $285,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive technical engagements with key customers to deliver quality AI solutions and services.
• Establish repeatable motions, best practices, and technical resources like tutorials and white papers.
• Act as a community technical expert and influence the open-source ecosystem through active participation.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with potential clients and identify new opportunities.
• Guide key users through the entire lifecycle from trial and testing to full production delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure software pre-sales, development, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Cloud-native, Database, and Machine Learning.
• Coding proficiency in Python, Node, Go, or Java.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement in Redwood City.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Open Source Milvus Vector Database.
• Experience working within open-source communities.
