What you will do
- Manage strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the HCLS sector.
- Partner with Account Executives to shape account strategy and secure deals.
- Position AI, cloud, and HPC solutions to address specific client business and scientific challenges.
- Provide domain expertise on compliance and regulatory frameworks to qualify opportunities.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and deliver against revenue targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure.
- Must be based in Europe with authorization to work in the region.
- Proven track record of consistent growth against sales quotas.
- Strong commercial acumen in negotiation, multi-year deals, and executive-level storytelling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Nice to have
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or biotech.
- Deep understanding of European and UK healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud infrastructure to enterprise-level clients.
