Director Of Customer Contract & Relationship Management (Fintech): Leading the central service and enablement function for contracts and billing to ensure a seamless customer experience with an accent on operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from Monett, MO; Lenexa, KS; or Springfield, MO (required office attendance 1 day per week).
Salary: $119,100 - $150,000

What you will do
- Serve as the central enablement leader connecting Contracts & Billing Operations, customers, Sales, and internal business partners.
- Develop accounting services organizational strategies and establish functional objectives aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide leadership and expertise to the asset management and tracking team to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP and SOX policies in collaboration with Internal Audit and Risk Management.
- Drive business process improvements through the implementation of new technologies and operational efficiencies.
- Manage team performance through goal documentation, coaching, and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, general business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in customer operations, contract management, billing, or revenue operations.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience in training internal associates and external customers.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across sales, finance, legal, and operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, managing tables).
Nice to have
- Oracle subscriptions management experience.
- MS 0365 experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Experience handling software contracts.
