Salary: $150,000–$170,000 plus company bonus

What you will do

• Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes, acting as the primary negotiator and external face of the company.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Develop clear business cases and recommendations for the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Partner with Business Operations to optimize partner infrastructure, results, and costs.
• Assist the CFO with cross-functional initiatives, including the development of an AI strategy and OKRs.

Requirements

• Experience working in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies.
• Deep understanding of industry market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
• Expertise in financial modeling, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking performance and trends.
• Must be based in the New York City metro area.
