What you will do

  • Define strategy and priorities to maximize the impact of Snapchat’s advertiser solutions through U.S. Hold Co Agencies.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities and manage financial performance to meet annual and quarterly targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for major agency partners.
  • Develop and deliver scaled education and programming across media, digital, and strategic planning disciplines.
  • Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key constituencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers in US and International markets.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, or media sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience working with executive contacts to grow revenue through long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in plain language.
  • Experience working within matrix organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
