Salary: $229,000–$343,000 annually

What you will do
- Define strategy and priorities to maximize the impact of Snapchat’s advertiser solutions through U.S. Hold Co Agencies.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities and manage financial performance to meet annual and quarterly targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for major agency partners.
- Develop and deliver scaled education and programming across media, digital, and strategic planning disciplines.
- Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key constituencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers in US and International markets.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 12+ years of experience in business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, or media sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience working with executive contacts to grow revenue through long-term partnerships.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in plain language.
- Experience working within matrix organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
