TL;DR

Senior Client Partner (Sales): Driving revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on hirify.globalchat with an accent on consultative media solutions and C-level relationship management. Location: Must be based in Austin, Los Angeles, or New York (Office attendance 4+ days per week)

Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Apply a consultative approach to offer strategic media solutions and establish campaign goals for clients.
  • Act as the primary business owner for partnerships among senior client management.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Must be located in the US and able to work from a hirify.global office 4+ days per week.
  • Proven track record of engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction models, and biddable digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales goals in a dynamic environment.
