Location: Must be based in Austin, Los Angeles, or New York (Office attendance 4+ days per week)
Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 per year

What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and secure strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Apply a consultative approach to offer strategic media solutions and establish campaign goals for clients.
- Act as the primary business owner for partnerships among senior client management.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
- Must be located in the US and able to work from a office 4+ days per week.
- Proven track record of engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
- Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction models, and biddable digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales goals in a dynamic environment.
