TL;DR

Director of Agency & Strategic Partnerships (AdTech): Building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem across agencies and strategic commercial programs with an accent on translating partnerships into pipeline and closed-won revenue. Focus on executing tiered agency strategies, managing executive relationships within holdcos, and operationalizing commercial partner programs.

Location: New York (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: $270,000 – $300,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive agency and partner-driven closed-won revenue contribution as the primary KPI.
  • Build and scale sourced and influenced pipeline across North America.
  • Execute tiered agency strategies across major holdcos and independent agencies.
  • Lead agency roadshows, joint account planning, and operationalize commercial partner programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership strategy with revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with system integrators (SIs) to support deal execution and customer confidence.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships or revenue roles within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through agency or partner ecosystems.
  • Experience with agency networks (holdcos and independents) and commercial partner programs.
  • Must be based in New York for hybrid in-office presence.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing measurement, attribution, or analytics.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing (mobile, web, CTV).
  • Understanding of agency ecosystem and operating models.
