Salary: $113,000 - $176,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Build and deepen multi-level relationships within marquee accounts, from IT teams to the CIO and C-suite.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and professional services adoption.
  • Partner with clients to build outcomes-driven roadmaps that align the platform to their business priorities.
  • Orchestrate internal hirify.global resources across functions and geographies to deliver a high-impact client experience.
  • Take full accountability for the commercial health of the portfolio, including licenses and renewals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership with a track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or Strategic Account Executive managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Direct experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Digital Employee Experience.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CHRO).
  • Must be based in the United States.
