What you will do

• Execute lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Build and organize campaign creative assets, content calendars, and documentation.
• Perform QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy before deployment.
• Monitor performance metrics and support reporting and A/B test setup.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for campaign execution.
• Conduct competitive research to identify market trends and share findings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, push, in-app).
• Must be based in New York City.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics such as open and click rates.
