TL;DR

Sr Field Marketing Manager (AI): Designing and executing high-impact field marketing strategies and in-person events to drive pipeline and brand growth with an accent on GTM motion and strategic audience segmentation. Focus on building a repeatable engine for pipeline generation, managing complex event portfolios, and partnering with sales leadership to accelerate deals.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY or San Mateo, CA

Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 USD (Plus Equity)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the East Coast field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Produce end-to-end hosted events, including executive experiences, trade shows, and flagship user conferences.
  • Create pre- and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance and sales follow-up.
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory and account-level strategies to reach key accounts.
  • Track and report program ROI using data-driven metrics to optimize future investments.
  • Mentor and guide junior field marketing team members as the function scales.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-event portfolios simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership and AEs on account-based marketing motions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for event documentation and leadership reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use event metrics to demonstrate business impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a startup or hyper-growth company, particularly in the Bay Area.
  • History of delivering large-scale user conferences with 500+ attendees.
  • Background in designing and optimizing ABM motions with demand generation teams.
  • Proficiency with Marketo.
